Since becoming a Celebrant, Funerals have been the largest part of my business. I have conducted over 1270 funerals in 8 years. So I have worked consistently mainly in Melbourne with all of the Major funeral companies. That’s 5-6 every week.
Dealing with emotion and grief is a specialised area, and an area that not everyone can cover.
When visiting a family who has just lost a loved one, I am mindful of how sensitive you are feeling and I understand that often emotion is running high. It’s a very busy time organising a funeral for a family and I can assist you with the whole journey and take you through to the day of the service with ease.
I am experienced working with families that have conflict, maybe family members are not communicating or haven’t seen each other for various reasons but have to come together to plan a funeral. It’s easy with me and I make everyone comfortable.
It’s the last time you can do something for your loved one and it has to be perfect, there is no room for error.
I assist you with the Eulogy, Music, Poems and we can add in a Rose or Candle Ceremony to personalise your needs.
Sometimes and RSL or Masonic service is required which is beautiful.
It is very important to give your loved one a memorable send off.
HAVE YOU THOUGHT OF PRE PLANNING YOUR FUNERAL SERVICE?
Not a silly idea, you never know when the unthinkable can happen. Talk to me about preparing something and making it easier for your family at the time of you death.
I look forward to assisting you at you time of need.
We would like to thank you for yesterday’s lovely service for Ulli, it all went so smoothly and everyone commented how lovely it was.
Thank you once again for all your kind words, help and support.
Thank you for today. It was perfect, and we deeply appreciated your input, support and professional attitude. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we would encourage anyone to use not only the White Ladies, but also your services. You were both compassionate and professional, and you helped make a potentially sad day quite touching and beautiful. Thank you x
I just wanted to sincerely thank you for your heart felt words and the way you conducted the service today. I know the family is very appreciative.
It was a very difficult day for all concerned however I have some peace in knowing there was so much love in the room for Brooke and the entire family.
Thanks again. Kind Regards,
I wanted to write to you to thank you for all that you did for our family both at the service today and in preparation for today. You were the perfect fit for us – your kind, calm manner and your caring style were exactly right for today and we all feel very grateful that you were the person who conducted the service for Lennie.
Again, I want to wish you well in Queensland – I hope that you will be very happy and successful up there. You mentioned that you are going to need to establish yourself – if it would be of any use, I would be very happy to provide a positive reference for the professional services that you provide – feel free to contact me at any time.
Thank you again Wendy – we are all really content with our farewell to Lennie and you played a significant role in our day.
Kind regards and best wishes,
“On behalf of my family I would like to say thank you for yesterday, taking us through the service for Lila with such compassion and dignity.
Listening to you speak was so easy and you certainly passed on the feelings from her girls brilliantly.
The kindness you showed to the family members who read the tributes was a credit to you. As we all know it never is an easy thing to do.
My family left the service yesterday with lovely thoughts and knowledge of Lila that some may have not known. Thank you again Wendy.”
Hello Wendy Many, many thanks for being the celebrant at Mum’s (Peggy) funeral, last Friday. All the family was so pleased at how it went, and that is mainly down to you. Your excellent organisation and gentle, caring delivery were just what we needed. I know that getting us all to let you know what we were saying, was not an easy task, but you nudged us along in a very thoughtful way. Thank you again, Regards, Sue, Barbara, Alan and our extended family
Pam, Peter and I would like to thank you for helping us plan and conduct
such a lovely farewell for Mum. Many people commented to us on the beautiful
ceremony and how it was so appropriate for Mum.
You made a difficult process much easier than we expected. Thanks again
